Good Getaway in the City Center

I found the staff to be very personable and helpful. The hotel's proximity to key historical sites made exploration simple. The tram system being just a block away greatly facilitated travel. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil setting despite the hotel's central location I appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the hotel walls. I also found the front desk staff helpful in all ways.
The air conditioning in my room made slight noises, but this small issue did not overshadow my enjoyable stay overall.

The location was convenient. i found the service to be good, and the culture was a very pleasant experience. i especially liked the facilities like the pool and the traditional baths. it felt so close to many tourist spots. I only walked to reach the grand bazaar.
The shower was a problem. It didn't drain properly. the mattress felt hard and not very comfortable for me. the pillows also felt quite awful.

the super smiling staff and the cleaning ladies are all very respectful. i appreciated the daily cleaning service and the sauna, pool, and hamam worked very WELL. THE location is also a big win.

the location were great because blue mosque and the trams were at walking distance. The staff were kind and very helpful trough my stay at the hotel, that was nice.
the breakfast wasnt great, its was repetitive everyday. the room i had was very small and it was also hot, so i could not use the air conditioning because it was defect.
